When you place an order, we begin the shipping and handling process. It starts with us checking both our weather here in Virginia, and your weather where you're shipping to. If weather conditions aren't right (either way too warm or way too cold) we'll hold your order temporarily while we wait until there is a clear window to ship your order safely. Our quarantine process
Rest assured that in the rare case that something were to happen during shipping, we've got you covered. Although our shipping and handling methods are historically reliable, occasionally things happen that are out of our control when shipping. When your order arrives, please immediately inspect your order. If you ordered livestock do NOT open the bag itself until you are sure that everything inside looks right. Once you have opened the bag you are no longer covered by our 100% live arrival guarantee. In the case that something is wrong with your order, you must email us within 24 hours of arrival. In the email, please include a picture of your unopened bag along with your order #, contact information, and a description of what is wrong. We'll be more than happy to make things right!
